This full-time assembly position is responsible for efficiently completing various aspects in the assembling of window and door products.

Responsibilities:

• Read descriptions on paperwork and perform the appropriate manufacturing tasks.

• Organize and keep window products sequenced.

• Perform quality checks

• Cross-train and assist in multiple areas of the production process.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

• Sense of sound, touch, and vision (near, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (safety toe shoes, ear protection, safety glasses, protective arm guards, protective gloves etc.)

• Start at $19.00/hour (+ $2.00 Shift Differential) with increases on an annual basis!

• Annual reviews are given as a percentage, all based on your performance!

• Third shift/full-time hours are 8:00 pm - 6:00 am (Sunday night -Wednesday night, Overtime on Thursday nights as needed).
