Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist

Track metrics and KPI’s to show the business impact of sales and marketing efforts. This role is instrumental in providing relevant data that will assist sales and marketing develop strategic and tactical plans, as well as transform data into insight that will provide value to the entire organization. Support sales and marketing with training, content, processes, practices, and tools needed to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collect, investigate, and summarize market data and trends through various applications, including but not limited to: Principia, Kompyte, Google Analytics, Social Analytics, BIM Analytics, manufacturing sales data, and Zoho CRM
  • Leverage data, voice of customer/market feedback, and internal insights to determine opportunities for enhancing the customer experience
  • Assist in the management and administrative support of Zoho CRM
  • Have an awareness and act in accordance with our company privacy compliance policy
  • Submit WDMA survey information annually
  • Execute work that is consistent with brand messaging
  • Maintain an awareness of competitors and industry trends
  • Facilitate and assist internal teams with voice of customer exercises

Education and Experience:

  • Postsecondary education (preferred) or related job experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, One Note)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Experience with Paradigm’s quoting and ERP technology ideal but not required
