This position is based out of our corporate office in Wausau, WI, Charlotte, NC; Central Florida; Manawa, WI; Newark, NJ.

KK-Way is a small private fleet hauling windows and doors for Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc. We value our team members and aim to accommodate their needs. The current average seniority for our OTR Drivers is over 23 years. KK-Way employs OTR Drivers who typically drive between 115k and 150k miles per year. All routes are out and back with guaranteed time off in between. Most runs have drivers home weekly while West Coast runs are 11 days out, 4 days home.

Kolbe offers a very competitive salary averaging $84,000 per year with potential to $100,000+ along with excellent benefits. Additional benefits include:

• Safety Bonus 2+ cents/mi paid quarterly.
• Additional 4 cents/mi on entire trip for runs into Canada. Reimbursement for cost of passport card and renewals.
• Company pays 8 hours for each 34-hour log reset while OTR. Breakdown and layover pay also available.
• Company pays unloading time by the hour, including wait time.
• Holiday Pay and bonus for departing on weekend.
• OTR Drivers reimbursed $50.00/mo for usage of personal cell. Kolbe reimburses 100% for Canadian calls.
• Company reimburses OTR Driver for showers.
• Company credit cards and fuel cards provided.
• Tablets provided for electronic logging.
• Company provided uniforms.
• Late Model equipment with premium specs. HVAC units, power invertor, Sirius/XM radio, TV, and refrigerator. No slip seat.
• Bonus referral $2,500 for another OTR Driver
