Perched on a corner in a historic Houston neighborhood, this home overlooks a side courtyard and surrounding oak trees. Kolbe's Ultra Series windows open up the east side of the home to a full-length garden view, balancing both space and light. Inhabited by an architect and a lawyer, it is a casual retreat for family and friends to share their rustic lifestyle and interests in comfortable surroundings.

The windows and glass doors give a view to the verdant side courtyard and the high ceilings and clerestory windows give the owners a beautiful treehouse effect.
