About Performance Divided Lites

With Kolbe's performance divided lite (PDL) system, bars are adhered on the interior and exterior of an insulating glass unit and bars aligned within the unit. 

PDL bars are available in various widths and patterns. They may be finished to match the exterior and/or interior, as requested.

About Centor® Retractable Screening System

The Centor® Retractable Screening System is an interior screen solution that offers protection from sun and insects without obstructing the view. Shades and mesh are discreetly housed within the durable aluminum frame which is available in multiple finishes and wood veneers.

The Centor Retractable Screening System can be configured as a single panel, double panel, or a combination with both screen and shade. Panels can be installed on the left, right, or bi-fold.

Centor screen frames can be customized in a variety of finishes and wood veneers.

About TerraSpan® Lift & Slide Door Handles, Pulls & Locks

Lift and slide doors are unparalleled for an expansive view when closed and a luxurious transition from indoors to outdoors when open. The panels can either recess into a wall pocket or stack back when open. Over 900 configurations are available from 2 to 10 panels wide, including 90-degree corner units. The fluid operation of lift and slide doors is due to well-designed, stainless steel hardware channels and wheel sets with ball bearings.

180º Inset handles have unique operation (view video). They feature linear, clean lines that complement contemporary design.**

610 Series and 620 Series handles are available for the lead panels and may be fixed or removable. The handles point up when the doors are closed. To operate, the handles are turned 180 degrees to a down position, which lifts the heavy door panels up in a position to ride the channels smoothly.

A multi-point locking system provides increased security; stainless steel helps prevent corrosion. Keyed locks are available on the handle sets. When the handle is removed, a tab on the escutcheon swings to conceal the actuator. Wall plates are available for removable handle storage.

Flush finger pulls may be requested on the exterior of lead panels. Edge pulls on the innermost panels of pocketing doors assist in tugging the door out from the wall pocket. The fine and functional hardware is available in several gorgeous finishes.

*Oil-rubbed is a living finish that will change appearance with time and use.

**Please note that one interior handle is required for each panel in a TerraSpan door system. It is available with or without an exterior pull for the leading panel. Keyed cylinders are not available for this handle.
